Shipping policy

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Typically 1–7 business days to pack and ship.
  • Drops/launch days: May take up to 5 business days due to volume.
  • Pre-orders: Ship on or around the date listed on the product page (orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may ship together on the pre-order date unless you choose split shipping at checkout).

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Domestic (USA): Real-time rates shown at checkout (economy, standard, expedited options when available).
  • International: Rates and carriers shown at checkout. Duties/VAT/taxes are paid by the customer to the carrier/government when due.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your label is created.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the package is scanned.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Enter your shipping address carefully—we ship to the address provided at checkout.
  • If you notice a mistake, email info@mukrat.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has shipped, we can’t reroute most packages.
  • If tracking shows Delivered but you don't have the parcel:
  1. Check with neighbors/front desk and look for alternate drop spots;
  2. Wait 24 hours—carriers sometimes mark early;
  3. Contact the carrier to open a trace;
  4. Email us with the case number.

We aren’t liable for packages after a carrier confirms delivery, but we’ll help where we can.

Split Shipments

  • We may ship items separately to speed things up. You’ll receive separate tracking if that happens. You won’t be charged extra shipping for split shipments we initiate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Import fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates unless explicitly stated.
  • Refused/returned international parcels due to unpaid fees will be refunded minus original shipping once received back in acceptable condition.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email info@mukrat.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • PO Boxes: Supported for USPS services. Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: We ship via eligible USPS services where available.

Sustainability & Packaging

  • We aim to use right-sized packaging and recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible. You may receive reused boxes—less pretty, more planet.

Cancellations

  • We can cancel an order before it ships. Once a label is created or the order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges (Quick Reference)

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery; customer pays return shipping; no restocking fee; no “final sale” items. Minor printing/dye variations are normal and not defects. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
