FAQ

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns might not be accepted on select items. These special cases will be clearly labeled in the product description.

Email mukratstudio@gmail.com to initiate a return.

How do the tees fit?

We print on Shaka Wear and LA Apparel.

The drop-shoulder tees are certainly oversized, people usually say they're swimming in it-- it's a roomy streetwear fit with longer sleeves.

We are transitioning to LA Apparel's 1801GD, which generally fits true-to-size, so order your regular size. Please reach out with any sizing questions before ordering, or review the model pictures on our Instagram.

When will I get my order?

We primarily ship orders through USPS.

On-hand 1-2 weeks
For products on-hand, orders are typically processed within a week.

Made-to-order 1-5 weeks
Some products are made-to-order. If your order contains one of these items, the production window expands. Mukrat is a small operation, so some products are made-to-order to reduce dead stock and maximize sizing availability.

How should I wash my muk?

Just like anything else. Mukrat designs are printed using a durable low-cure plastisol ink on luxury blanks to make it last.

However, to maximize longevity:

  • Flip garment inside-out
  • Machine wash cold
  • Air-dry

Beware, some dye may leave the garment among the first couple washes. We love this because it gives the garments more character the more you wash it.
