We want you to love your piece. Because each Mukrat item is made with character, minor printing and dye variations are normal, they’re part of what makes every garment a true 1 of 1.
Summary
- Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order
- Exchanges: Yes, within the same 30-day window (subject to availability)
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer
- Restocking fee: None
- Final sale: Only on select items, which will be clearly indicated in the item description
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- In original packaging (if applicable) with any tags/labels attached
Normal, minor variations in print placement, ink density, or dye tone are not considered defects.
Return & Exchange Window
You have 30 calendar days from the day your tracking shows “delivered” to request a return or exchange. If the 30th day falls on a weekend or holiday, the window does not extend—please submit your request within the 30-day period.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email info@mukrat.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the correct return address.
- Ship the item(s) back within 5 days of receiving our instructions. Please use a trackable service and keep proof of postage.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow 3–5 business days after we process the return for your bank/card to post the funds.
- If the returned item isn’t in returnable condition, we’ll contact you; we may return it to you without a refund.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are processed as a straight swap for size/color when available.
- If the requested item isn’t in stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
- You’re responsible for shipping the original item back; we’ll cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact info@mukrat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
International Orders

Address & Responsibility
Until your return reaches us, it’s your responsibility. Use a trackable service and keep your receipt. We’re not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
