1) Order Help (returns, shipping, damaged items)

Email info@mukrat.com with your:

  • Subject: Order Help — #ORDERNUMBER
  • Required in body: Full name, order number, item(s) affected, and a short description of the issue.
  • If reporting damage or an incorrect item: include clear photos of the packaging and the item.

We’ll send return/exchange instructions if eligible. Remember: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong thing.

2) Collaborations, Stockists, & Wholesale

We love working with creatives and small shops.

  • Subject: Collab / Wholesale Inquiry
  • Include: Short pitch, links to your shop/portfolio, expected order quantities (if wholesale), and any relevant deadlines.
  • What to expect: We review proposals and reply within 3–5 business days.

3) Press & Media Requests

For editorial features, interviews, or creative requests:

  • Subject: Press Request — Mukrat
  • Include: Outlet name, deadline, angle, and any assets you need (images, lookbook, logo). We’ll provide hi-res images and brand info where possible.

4) Design Inquiries & Licensing

Interested in a private design, licensing, or collaboration on product design?

  • Subject: Design / Licensing Inquiry
  • Include: Project scope, timeline, and budget range (if available). We’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
