What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Generally, returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the item and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Are any purchases final sale?

While uncommon, we are unable to accept returns on certain items. These items will be carefully marked in the item description.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Mukrat primarily ships orders through USPS. For products on-hand, orders are typically processed in 0-5 days.

Some products are made-to-order. If your order contains one of these items, the processing window expands to 1-3 weeks. Mukrat is a small operation, so some products are made-to-order to maximize efficiency and sizing availability.

How should I wash my muk?

Shorts, tees, and sweatshirts may be washed like all other garments. Mukrat designs are printed using a low-cure plastisol ink to make it last.

However, to maximize longevity:

  • Flip garment inside-out
  • Machine wash cold
  • Air-dry (or tumble dry low)

Beware, some dye may leave the shirt among the first couple washes. We love this because it gives the garments more character the more you wear it--just don't wash it with your wedding dress.
I'm local, can I pick up my order?

We currently do not have a storefront; however, local delivery is available for select zip codes. To choose this option, first enter an eligible shipping address then select "Local Delivery."
